Does this replace my whole hotel system?
For rooms, reservations, the room bill and the night register, yes. For a large hotel doing revenue management it is not a replacement for a full PMS.
Does the Booking.com sync work straight away?
It runs over iCal, which both Booking.com and Airbnb support. You paste one address into their admin screen and it runs.
Can a guest order without paying on the spot?
Yes, that is the point of the room bill. At checkout it is all on one settlement.
